Refund Policy

All our products are subject to final sale, in order to maintain and provide a transparent integral business for each and every one of our customers. Rollers should not be tested and returned; after doing so the product no longer meets our hygiene and exclusivity due to previous skin contact and safety. Candles cannot be returned after burned. The only exception is if the candle is defective and does not light/ fallen wick or in the case you receive a broken jar. We the owners handcraft every single product that we sell whether it’s an essential oil roller, perfume spray, candle, milk bath or jewelry accessories. Needless to say, we stand proudly by our product and understand these items are handmade and perfectly imperfect. However, please note that in the case of obtaining a defective item, we request that you email us a picture of the product as soon as the delivery is dropped off to info@crownandcrystal.com. On our end we are also notified of delivery status, so please respond promptly for a successful exchange. Only in the case of a defective item we will cover shipping cost. Lastly, there are NO returns or exchange on any additional sale products advertised on our website.
